OUR PRODUCTS

Pasture-raised, non-GMO meats grown in the Northern Shenandoah Valley with delivery to Northern Virginia available. Our pork and beef are always processed at a USDA inspected facility.

CSA

CSAs allow city residents to have direct access to high quality, fresh meats and produce grown locally by regional farmers. We offer monthly pickup in Northern Virginia and choices for the types of monthly meat box you’d like for your family.

BEEF

Grass-fed, grass-finished beef raised in the Northern Shenandoah Valley. Our cattle are an integral part of our rotational grazing program which keeps them fat and happy while restoring nutrients in the soil for healthier grasses. We also offer a bulk option to purchase a whole beef!

Turkey

Raising free-range turkeys is one of the highlights of the year for us. Our turkeys wander about, eating grass, leftovers from our family garden, and non-GMO grain. We enjoy interacting with them and watching them grow. We especially love when the wild turkeys come up from the woods and gobble back and forth with our birds. Available for Thanksgiving, we raise a limited number of birds and suggest you reserve yours quickly!

PORK

Our pigs root around for nuts, grubs and plant roots in our woods and spend their days eating grass and laying in the sun. This easy life produces the best pork we’ve ever eaten. We also offer for you to purchase in bulk with our half and whole hogs!

CHICKEN

Our pasture-raised chickens and Cornish hens are carefully tended to from the time they arrive until butchering. Supplemented with non-GMO grain, our poultry live outside, free to eat grass, bugs and minerals from the soil while protected from predators and the elements.

Eggs

There’s nothing like a free-range farm egg! While egg laying isn’t a focus of our farm, we are happy to share our farm fresh eggs from our slightly harassed hens. Our livestock guardian dogs keep the hens safe and also keep them in line.
